CODE is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic individual, with great people skills, to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring – Screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with planning and executing events
  • Handling intra departmental requests (participation lists, requisitions, e-mails)
  • Data entry on Scarta
  • Assisting with updating employee files
  • Generating ideas for improvements
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related field
  • No prior experience is required. However, previous internship experience in HR will be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, and ability to learn new softwares quickly
