  • Report to and assist the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the projects

  • Provide coordination support for the Project Management Team as needed

  • Assist in managing and coordinating selected project vendors in collaboration

  • Maintain documented backup

  • Help direct and supervise work of developers to establish operational priorities

  • Ensure that the project is completed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications and with the required quality

  • Help prepare correspondence, presentations and/or reports as required.

  • Assist in coordinating for Project Team, Client and/or Vendor meetings.

  • Assist Project Managers with getting updated status, risks and issues compiled and ready for reporting

  • Work closely with Project Management team to conduct project management activities; including generating project plans, tracking project progress and driving deadlines of project tasks

  • Assist Project Manager in resolving project conflicts, identify resource requirements and align the project team on project scope.

  • Observe existing project management practices and propose improvements for process efficiency.

  • Other tasks as assigned by higher management.


  • Fresh Graduate with a major in project management or business administration and some IT Background(Not necessary)

  • Good analytical abilities, Good leadership and people skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Excellent questioning, analytical, and problem solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to communicate information to/from all levels of users and technical staff

  • Good familiarity with skills in the MS Office suite and widely-used PM computer-based tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
