About the Role

Are you a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling through content, design, and marketing? Code Informatics is looking for a Creative Associate to join our Marketing & Strategic Growth team.

This role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats—someone who enjoys designing engaging visuals, writing impactful copy, and contributing to marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging visuals and content for social media, presentations, and campaigns using tools like Canva.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while tailoring messaging for different audiences.
• Support internal and external communications through compelling copy and creative assets.
• Assist in social media strategy, content planning, and trend-driven campaign execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative and marketing decisions.
• Contribute to outreach and lead generation efforts by identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, assets, and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in content, design, or marketing roles (fresh grads with strong portfolios may apply)
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and ChatGPT (or similar tools)
• Strong visual and written communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Knowledge of lead gen tools, SEO basics, or email marketing platforms
