Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
– Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
– Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
– Conduct API testing using Postman
– Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
– Perform regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
– Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve quality standards
– Participate in release testing and quality sign-off
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
– Hands-on experience with test automation tools, especially Selenium
– Experience with API testing using Postman
– Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques
– Experience testing web and/or mobile applications
– Understanding of SDLC and STLC
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA integration
– Experience with performance or security testing tools
– Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
