The Charity Intern will support the team in the execution of charity-related tasks, including the verification and selection of recipients (donees). This internship offers valuable exposure to non-profit operations and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community impact initiatives. The intern will assist in maintaining records, conducting basic assessments, and supporting reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing processes for recipient (donee) verification and selection.
- Help compile and review documentation from potential charity recipients.
- Support basic due diligence and assessments under supervision to ensure authenticity and
eligibility. - Assist in gathering and organizing data to help evaluate the effectiveness of charity programs.
- Help track and maintain accurate records of expenses and charity activities.
- Support the preparation of regular reports and summaries for internal use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of charity processes through feedback and
observations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree.
- Interest in non-profit work, community development, or social impact.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn analytical processes.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
