Job Description

Position summary:
The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills with the ability to close sales and boost our client's ( Cojilio ) customer base. You will utilize established leads and find new leads for potential customers. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our clients ( Cojilio ) products and services, helping them understand how these products can enhance their everyday lives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Zoom/Teams Demos to prospective clients
• Answer Sales Calls from prospective clients/payment reps
• Answer Website Chat
• Zendesk Chat
• Answer Sales Emails
• Sales inquiries to
• Account Management – manage all accounts from your sales
• Provide Cojilio consulting
• Provide 3-month follow-ups
• Promote up-sells
• Get referrals
• Get reviews
• Keep client accounts up to date (notes, setup requirements, billing exceptions, requests)
• Lead Management
• Track & manage all leads
• Work with Cojilio Support
• Hand-off customer issues/support questions to Cojilio Support
• Work with Sales Director
• Weekly status meetings
• Weekly sales recap meetings
• Weekly strategy sessions
• Update Cojilio Sales Documentation
• Cold Calling/Lead Generation
• Help Customers with Setting up their Cojilio Subscription

Job Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of Software Sales Experience, preferably in SAAS or in providing online software demos (see below)
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Customer Focused
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Software Requirements
We need someone that has experience selling SaaS Software / Booking Software / Online Software Subscriptions such as:
• Square Booking
• Acuity Booking
• Schedulicity Booking
• Mindbody Booking
• Vagaro Booking
• Booker Booking
Or, if they don’t have Booking system sales experience, they have experience selling SaaS software like:
• Zoom
• MailChimp
• Monday
• Square
