- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence & client presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter &, etc.)
- Making a monthly marketing plan for the company & clients.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
- Acquire insight into marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with vendors
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.
- Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
- Have sound knowledge of CRM tools to keep track of leads.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports
What an ideal candidate must posses?
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration with majors in Marketing
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing role in any product/manufacturing
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
