CODE is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual, with great people skills, to join the team! 
 
Responsibilities: 

Hiring – Screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews 

Assisting with planning and executing events 

Handling intra departmental requests (participation lists, requisitions, e-mails) 

Data entry on Scarta 

Assisting with updating employee files 

Generating ideas for improvements 

Other tasks as assigned by Manager 

 
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Management, or related field

No prior experience is required. However, previous internship experience in HR will be considered a plus

Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure

Proficiency in using MS Office, and ability to learn new softwares quickly
