Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Next.js Engineer to build high-performance, scalable, and SEO-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern rendering strategies including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React
– Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR to optimize performance and SEO
– Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript
– Build and integrate API routes and backend services
– Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams
– Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
– Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
– Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong hands-on experience with Next.js
– Strong proficiency in React.js
– Proficiency in TypeScript
– Solid understanding of SSR, ISR, and modern rendering strategies
– Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
– Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern styling approaches
– Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with App Router and Server Components
– Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks
– Experience deploying applications on Vercel or cloud platforms
– Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
