Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing sprints and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Plan, execute, and manage projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
– Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
– Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
– Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics
– Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
– Ensure clear documentation of requirements, decisions, and project status
– Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and business teams
– Prepare and present regular project status reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies
– Proven experience managing sprints and Agile workflows
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
– Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
– Project Management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
– Experience working with software development teams
– Familiarity with SDLC and product development lifecycles
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
